Guest Assistant – Luxury Wine Estate, Franschhoek
Kendrick Recruitment is looking for a friendly and guest-focused Guest Assistant to join a prestigious luxury wine estate in Franschhoek. This is your chance to be the face of the estate, delivering exceptional service and ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.

Salary: R11,000 – R13,000 per month

The Guest Assistant will support all front-of-house operations and ensure guests receive personalised, attentive service.
Key responsibilities include:
Welcoming and assisting guests with warmth and professionalism
Providing information and recommendations about the estate and local attractions
Assisting with reservations, bookings, and guest enquiries
Supporting tasting sessions, tours, and events as required
Maintaining front-of-house areas to the highest standards
Coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
