Barman – Luxury Wine Estate, Franschhoek
Kendrick Recruitment is looking for a friendly and skilled Barman to join a prestigious luxury wine estate in Franschhoek. This is an exciting opportunity to serve exceptional beverages, interact with guests, and be part of a vibrant hospitality team in one of South Africa’s most beautiful wine regions.
What’s on offer:
Salary: R6,500 – R7,500 per month

The Barman will ensure guests receive top-notch service at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing and serving beverages according to luxury standards
Greeting and assisting guests with warmth and professionalism
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
Supporting events, tastings, and private functions as required
Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies
Collaborating with the F&B and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
Who they’re looking for:
Previous bar or beverage service experience preferred
Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
Flexible and willing to work weekends and public holidays
