Are you passionate about IT, coding, robotics and working with children?

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Coding & Robotics Instructor to join their team for the 2027 school year.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT student, recent IT graduate or someone with a strong interest in coding who enjoys working with children and wants to gain practical experience in a fun, educational environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Teaching coding and robotics classes to children

• Creating engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans

• Encouraging children to learn, explore and develop their skills

• Working with Lego and coding-based activities

• Attending competitions and occasional expos

• Creating a positive, safe and inclusive environment for the children

What we're looking for:

• IT studied at school to Matric level or a strong interest in IT/coding

• Preferably currently studying further in IT, coding or a related field

• Previous experience working with children

• Friendly, energetic and enthusiastic personality

• Reliable and punctual

• Own reliable transport

• Willingness to learn and be trained on the client's coding programmes and setup

• Comfortable preparing lesson plans

• Someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and wants to go the extra mile for them

• Willing to attend competitions when required

Where & When:

Brackenfell & Table View – locations rotate weekly
Saturdays, 9:00am – 12:00pm
R500 per Saturday shift
Follows the school calendar – closed during school holidays
Full training provided
Additional opportunities may arise for expos and competitions

Starting: January 2027
