? ?? ??????????? ??????????? is recruiting on behalf of a new Tanzanian destination management company specialising in luxury safari, mountain and island travel experiences, for a talented and driven ????????? & ????????????? ??????? Our client is an established and growing Tanzanian travel operator with a strong presence in both safari and island tourism. Curating seamless journeys from Tanzania’s wilderness to Zanzibar’s coastlines, the business is at an exciting inflection point — building its team and sharpening its brand to match a clear growth trajectory. This is a rare opportunity to shape a company’s marketing identity from the inside, with real ownership, visibility, and impact. Reporting to the General Manager and based in Arusha, the successful candidate will lead the full marketing and communications function. Responsibilities span the development and execution of the annual strategy and campaign calendar, website content management, digital marketing, PR and media outreach, and the production of high-quality trade materials and company presentations. The role works closely with the Reservations team to bring approved itineraries and guest experiences to market compellingly, and includes oversight of a small internal team and coordination of approved external creative suppliers. ???????????? · A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, Tourism, or a related discipline. · Six to eight years of progressive marketing and communications experience gained within the luxury travel, safari, or high-end hospitality sector. · A demonstrated track record of developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, from brief through to delivery. · Hands-on capability across digital marketing, website content, PR and media outreach, and the production of branded trade collateral and company profiles. · A solid grasp of international luxury travel markets and an understanding of how commercial operations and marketing interact within a tour operator environment. · Outstanding written and verbal English; working knowledge of Kiswahili is a distinct advantage and warmly welcomed. · A self-directed, proactive mindset — comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment. · Adaptability and a genuine ownership mentality; this is a role for someone who thrives where systems are still evolving and initiative is rewarded. · Contactable professional references will be required. ?????? – TZS 3.5M - 4.5M per month ? ?????? ???? – Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the background and experience required.
