We are looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to work closely with the Group Head of Marketing and play a key role in driving brand visibility, digital growth, customer engagement, and integrated marketing initiatives across multiple brands within the group.
What will you do?
- Work as the second-in-command to the Marketing Director across multiple brands and business units
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned to business objectives
- Manage and optimise paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness initiatives
- Oversee website management, SEO, analytics, and performance optimisation
- Manage content planning and execution across digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and online campaigns
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external suppliers
- Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reporting, insights, and recommendations
- Assist with brand positioning, corporate communications, events, and integrated marketing initiatives
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints
- Stay up to date with digital trends, emerging technologies, and best practices within the automotive and digital marketing space
What do you need?
- Relevant qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within a multi-brand or corporate environment
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, digital analytics, SEO, CRM, and social media strategy
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns and digital budgets
- Experience using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and marketing automation tools
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and copywriting ability
- Creative thinker with strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Automotive, insurance, retail, or related industry exposure would be advantageous
