WatersEdge Solutions is partnering with a fast-growing global HR tech business to recruit a highly organised and delivery-focused Partner Service Delivery Manager. This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who brings structure, accountability, and strong judgement to complex partner operations. The role is ideal for a CA(SA), lawyer, consultant, or customer-facing operations professional who enjoys managing risk, detail, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
As Partner Service Delivery Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end service delivery across reseller partnerships. You’ll guide partners through onboarding, migrations, and ongoing service operations, ensuring delivery is accurate, compliant, and well-governed. While commercial teams manage the relationship growth, your focus will be delivery integrity: making sure what is promised is delivered correctly, on time, and in line with operational and regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and migration projects for reseller partners, their end clients, and employees
- Guide partners through timelines, requirements, and processes clearly and confidently
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and ensure progress is tracked and communicated
- Identify risks early and proactively keep delivery on track
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational matters across the reseller portfolio
- Manage day-to-day operational queries across payroll, invoicing, compliance, and related service areas
- Communicate proactively with partners, ensuring clear expectations and consistent updates
- Translate complex operational processes into simple, digestible communication
- Own operational issues from identification through to resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams across Payroll, Legal, Technical Support, Benefits, and Product
- Maintain close alignment with Account Managers through ongoing collaboration
- Identify recurring operational challenges and recommend scalable process improvements
- Contribute to playbooks, processes, and improved ways of working
What You’ll Bring
- Relevant professional experience in law, accounting, consulting, customer-facing operations, or a similar environment
- Strong client or stakeholder-facing experience with tight deadlines and expectation management
- Highly organised, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Strong problem-solving ability and ownership mindset
- Ability to drive issues through to completion across internal teams
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Clear, confident communication style with the ability to build trust quickly
- Strong judgement, accountability, and risk-aware thinking

- CA(SA), law degree, admitted attorney, or consulting background
