Job Summary
Requirements
- Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in security sales within the security sales/office automation sectors.
- Must have a Valid Driver's Licence and own vehicle.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with B2B sales, especially in enterprise or SME segments.
Responsibilities
- Active cold calling and direct sales through canvasing different areas in-person to prospective clients.
- Present, promote and sell products.
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with prospective customers to generate new business.
- Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
- Informing customers of new product offerings.
- Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
- Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
- Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
- Ensuring relevant managers are aware of changes within clients.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
- Base retention – attending to client needs.
- Achieve sales target as set by the company.
