Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an exceptional Management Couple for a truly unique opportunity at an exclusive-use luxury property on the spectacular coastline of Southern Mozambique. This is a rare chance for a hospitality-driven couple to take full responsibility for the management and day-to-day running of a high-end exclusive-use property, delivering a seamless 5-star experience for private guests in an extraordinary marine setting. The Role The successful couple will oversee all aspects of the property, staff, guest experience, and operational management, ensuring the property is maintained to impeccable luxury hospitality standards at all times. This is a hands-on role suited to a polished, proactive, and highly organised couple who thrive in an exclusive-use hospitality environment and genuinely enjoy creating exceptional guest experiences. One partner should have a strong passion for the ocean and marine environment, with a Skipper’s Licence already obtained or currently in progress. Key Responsibilities Include: • Full management of the exclusive-use property and daily operations • Leading, training, and motivating the hospitality and housekeeping team • Delivering warm, personalised 5-star hosting and guest service • Managing housekeeping standards, presentation, and attention to detail throughout the property • Stock control, procurement, and supplier liaison • Oversight of maintenance and property upkeep • Co-ordinating activities, excursions, and guest experiences • Assisting with marine-based activities and boating logistics where required • Ensuring smooth communication between owners, guests, and staff • Maintaining exceptional standards of discretion, professionalism, and service Requirements: • Previous experience as a lodge management couple, villa management couple, or in senior luxury hospitality roles • Strong leadership and organisational abilities • Excellent hosting and guest relations skills • High attention to detail and pride in maintaining luxury standards • Financially and administratively competent • Professional, mature, and self-motivated personalities • Comfortable living and working in a remote coastal environment • One partner must have a strong marine interest and either hold or be actively pursuing a Skipper’s Licence • Previous experience with boats, fishing, ocean activities, or marine guiding would be highly advantageous • Valid driver’s licences essential The Ideal Couple: We are searching for a grounded, capable, and adventurous couple who genuinely enjoy hospitality, coastal living, and creating unforgettable experiences for guests.
