Our client, a 5-star luxury safari lodge and Game Farm in the Kalahari, South Africa, is seeking an experienced Lodge Couple to manage day-to-day operations of the lodge and its associated game/farm activities. This is a live-in, full-time position, ideal for a hands-on team passionate about delivering world-class guest experiences while overseeing a working game farm and safari operations. Description: The Lodge Couple will take full responsibility for the overall operation, performance, and guest satisfaction at the lodge. You will manage staff, plan and execute bespoke guest experiences, coordinate safaris, hunting trips, and excursions, and oversee lodge infrastructure, vehicles, and facilities. Key responsibilities include: Lodge Management: Staff supervision, scheduling, cost control, guest experience planning, marketing, social media, and attending industry events. Farm & Wildlife Management: Coordinate hunting and safari activities, manage wildlife and livestock, maintain breeding programs, fences, water systems, roads, and oversee game monitoring. Ensure adherence to 5-star hospitality standards and maintain exceptional guest satisfaction. Practical involvement in maintenance tasks, vehicles, and property upkeep. This role requires hands-on leadership, operational expertise, and a practical, solutions-oriented approach. You will be the driving force behind a seamless combination of luxury hospitality and sustainable game/farm management.
