About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our Urology division. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling specialised medical products, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional after-sales support across the Pretoria region.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by promoting and selling medical devices within the urology portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, nurses, and hospital staff
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to healthcare professionals
- Deliver reliable after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Manage consignment, demo stock, and product samples responsibly
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and new developments
What We’re Looking For
- National Diploma in Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, or similar (Degree advantageous)
- Minimum 4+ years’ sales experience in the medical or healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of surgical procedures and medical environments
- Proven track record in sales and relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in English (Afrikaans and/or an African language advantageous)
