About the Role

As an Operations Support Analyst, you will support core compliance operations by managing VAT and US Sales Tax cases, leading projects, conducting research, and collaborating with internal stakeholders, clients, and tax authorities. This role begins with a structured onboarding and learning period, with increasing exposure to more complex and high-impact responsibilities as your knowledge grows. It’s well suited to someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a range of VAT and US Sales Tax compliance cases with accuracy and strong client focus
• Research and support emerging case types, updating internal processes where needed
• Lead consulting-style cases by responding to client-specific requests with practical solutions
• Identify trends, draft process notes, and document solutions for internal knowledge sharing
• Lead and execute key operational projects across departments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency
• Conduct global VAT and US Sales Tax research for clients and internal stakeholders
• Support ad-hoc operational improvement tasks and complex problem-solving initiatives
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and tax authorities across multiple regions
• Contribute to team development and continuous improvement initiatives
