This is an exceptional opportunity for a hospitality management couple with a passion for luxury guest experiences, operational excellence and team leadership. The successful couple will be responsible for the overall management of the lodge, ensuring the highest standards of service, guest satisfaction, staff development and financial performance. Key Requirements • Previous experience as a General Manager Couple or Senior Lodge Management Couple within a luxury lodge environment • Strong understanding of luxury hospitality operations • Excellent leadership and people management skills • Proven experience in guest relations and service excellence • Financial management and budgeting experience • Strong administrative and organisational abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Computer literacy and experience with lodge management systems • Valid driver's licences • Hospitality qualifications advantageous Key Responsibilities • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lodge • Ensure exceptional guest experiences and service standards at all times • Lead, mentor and develop lodge teams across all departments • Manage guest relations and address guest feedback proactively • Oversee Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Front Office and Maintenance operations • Monitor budgets, financial controls and operational costs • Ensure stock control and procurement processes are effectively managed • Maintain health, safety and environmental standards • Drive staff training, development and performance management initiatives • Manage administration, reporting and compliance requirements • Foster a positive team culture and strong staff morale • Ensure the lodge maintains its luxury standards and reputation Candidate Profile • Passionate about luxury hospitality and wildlife experiences • Hands-on leaders who lead by example • Professional, energetic and guest-focused • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Excellent team builders and motivators • Detail-oriented with high operational standards • Adaptable, resilient and capable of working in a remote environment Package • Salary: R50,000 – R70,000 per month, depending on experience • Live-In position, accommodation and meals provided Please note that only candidates who meet the minimum requirements will be contacted.
