Salary: R50;000 per month + additional benefits Job Description Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive footfall, brand awareness, and customer engagement. Manage public relations activities, including media relations, press releases, influencer partnerships, and stakeholder engagement. Oversee social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels. Create and coordinate engaging content aligned with brand objectives. Plan and execute entertainment programmes, events, activations, and cultural experiences. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and partners, supporting their promotional activities. Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and standards. Monitor campaign performance and report on key marketing KPIs. Analyse customer feedback, market trends, and campaign results to improve future initiatives. Support brand reputation management and assist with crisis communication when required. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a Marketing Management role. Previous experience within hospitality, retail, tourism, lifestyle, entertainment, or related sectors. Proven experience managing marketing campaigns, PR initiatives, and brand activations. Strong social media management and content creation experience. Experience coordinating events, activations, and promotional campaigns. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical, reporting, and project management abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
