Reporting to the Group Commercial Director, we’re looking for a highly organised, detail-obsessed Sales & Marketing Coordinator to keep our commercial engine running at full speed. This is not a strategy role — it’s about execution excellence . You’ll be the driving force behind getting campaigns live, on brand, and on time across Rooms, F&B, and Events. What You’ll Own The monthly marketing calendar across Rooms, F&B, and Events Seamless rollout of campaigns across teams and suppliers Tracking deadlines, deliverables, and execution Keeping all departments aligned, on track, and on message Brand & Detail Matter Ensure every piece of communication is on brand and on point Review and quality-check all marketing output before it goes live Spot gaps, fix issues, and keep standards high Digital & Content Coordination Manage website updates, offers, landing pages, and campaign content Ensure all guest-facing messaging is accurate and current Plan ahead and brief the marketing team for smooth execution Collateral & Suppliers Coordinate production of all marketing collateral Work closely with suppliers to meet deadlines and brand standards Keep everything organised, approved, and delivered on time What You Bring 3–5 years’ experience in a marketing/sales coordination role Hospitality experience is essential Strong writing and communication skills Highly organised, structured, and detail-driven Able to juggle multiple deadlines without dropping the ball Calm under pressure with strong follow-through Accountable; reliable, and solutions-focused If you’re the person who keeps everything running, spots what others miss, and delivers with precision — we want to hear from you.
