KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/KRAS/KPIS:
Development:
- Design, develop, and implement end to end automation workflows using UiPath Studio.
- Collaborate with business analysts to create and validate PDD (Process Definition Documents) and SDD (Solution Design Documents).
- Build reusable components, custom workflows, and integrate with various systems (web, Windows, mainframe, Citrix, APIs, etc.).
- Utilize OCR, ICR, Machine Learning, and AI components for intelligent automation scenarios.
- Configure and manage automation deployments using UiPath Orchestrator (bots, assets, queues, schedules).
- Perform code reviews, optimization and performance tuning of developed bots.
- Maintain and enhance bots post deployment with issue resolution and change management.
Quality Assurance & Testing:
- Lead automation and functional testing projects using UFT, Selenium, JMeter, BlazeMeter, and Rest Assured.
- Design and maintain test frameworks and reusable test assets.
- Conduct ETL testing and complex SQL queries for backend validation.
- Perform API testing using Postman, SoapUI, and REST/SOAP based services.
- Validate test coverage and traceability with RTMs.
