Where You'll Make an Impact
Build and manage a personal client portfolio, leveraging existing networks and developing new relationships with interior designers, architects, corporate buyers, and high-net-worth individuals.
Conduct off-site visits, showroom presentations, and relationship meetings to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business.
Follow up diligently on leads to maximise conversion and ensure no opportunity is missed.
Drive sales across walk-in, corporate gifting, and trade channels, aiming to surpass monthly targets.
Represent the brand at industry events, design gatherings, and trade shows to enhance visibility and credibility.
Deliver a personalised, premium customer experience through in-depth product knowledge and tailored recommendations.
Maintain the showroom’s visual merchandising standards to always present a compelling environment.
Oversee daily operational tasks including stock management, ERP and POS system updates, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
Manage a small team of 1 to 2 sales assistants, providing training, scheduling, and performance oversight.
Prepare and submit monthly sales and client activity reports to senior management.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of retail sales management experience, preferably within luxury or lifestyle sectors.
Proven ability to build and manage a high-value client book.
Strong communication, customer service, and prospecting skills.
Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, and retail operations.
Familiarity with ERP systems and POS management.
Leadership capability with team coaching and development skills.
Excellent organisational and reporting skills.
Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance standards relevant to retail environments.
