To support the Oracle ERP implementation programme by creating, maintaining, and managing test expense transactions within SAP Concur and related systems. The role will ensure a continuous supply of realistic test data for development, integration, system testing, and user acceptance testing activities.
As Oracle ERP acts as the central hub integrating with multiple business systems, ongoing testing requires the regular creation and submission of new expense claims. Once expense transactions have been extracted and processed by Oracle, they cannot be reused for subsequent testing cycles, requiring the continual generation of fresh test data.

What you'll do:

• Expense Claim Creation & Submission
  • Create and submit test expense claims within SAP Concur following CVC business processes.
  • Generate a variety of expense scenarios to support integration, functional, and regression testing.
  • Maintain appropriate supporting documentation where required for testing purposes.
  • Ensure expense claims reflect realistic business use cases across multiple employee profiles and regions.
• Test Data Management
  
  • Create, update, and maintain test employee profiles.
  • Populate and manage dummy employee information including:
    
    • Banking details
    • Home and mailing addresses
    • Cost centres
    • Organisational assignments
    • Other employee master data required for testing
  • Maintain a library of available test users and testing scenarios.
• Oracle ERP Integration Support
  
  • Work closely with Oracle ERP developers, functional consultants, and integration teams.
  • Create specific test transactions based on testing requirements provided by project teams.
  • Support end-to-end integration testing between Oracle ERP, SAP Concur, and other connected systems.
  • Assist in validating successful data transmission and identifying data-related issues.
• Testing Support Activities
  
  • Execute test scripts related to expense processing where required.
  • Record testing outcomes and provide feedback to project teams.
  • Assist with defect reproduction by creating specific testing scenarios.
  • Support multiple testing cycles throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Your Expertise:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience using SAP Concur, expense management systems, ERP systems, or similar business applications.
• Ability to follow documented business processes and testing procedures.
• Good administrative and data-entry skills.
• Comfortable working with large volumes of transactional data.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Preferred Experience
  • Exposure to ERP implementations.
  • Experience supporting system testing or user acceptance testing activities.
  • Understanding of finance, expense management, or accounts payable processes.
  • Familiarity with Oracle ERP, SAP Concur, or similar enterprise systems.
