Ello Technology is hiring a BU Sales Consultant to act as the embedded commercial specialist inside one of its Business Units.
You are the commercial engine room of your BU — owning quoting, procurement, invoicing, and margin protection.
Your Core Outcome
Turn technical work into accurate, profitable revenue — without leakage, rework, or missing line items.
What You’ll Own
- Fast, accurate quoting from engineer scope/BOM
- Clean procurement & stock allocation
- Bulletproof invoicing (once-off + recurring)
- Zoho Books accuracy (≥99%)
- Serial/license capture (100% traceable)
- Margin protection (no under-quoting)
No assumptions. If the scope is unclear — you stop and clarify.
How You’re Measured
- Quote & invoice accuracy ≥ 99%
- Zero “forgot to invoice” incidents
- Stock shrinkage = zero
- SOP compliance ≥ 95–98%
- Zoho Books hygiene ≥ 99%
- Quotes & invoices issued within BU SLA
You protect margins, prevent revenue leakage, and keep commercial execution smooth.
Non-Negotiables
- Proven B2B quoting + invoicing experience
- Zoho Books expert (hands-on daily use)
- Strong attention to detail (VAT, quantities, pricing rules)
- Procurement & supplier coordination experience
- Confident client communication
- Able to translate technical scope into commercial clarity
- SOP-driven, process-disciplined mindset
Experience in IT / hardware / licensing is advantageous.
90-Day Expectation
By Day 90, you are:
- Running the full quoting → procurement → invoicing cycle
- Delivering ≥99% accuracy consistently
- Reducing billing queries
- Protecting margin and identifying leaks
