Job Summary
Ello Technology is hiring a New Business Team Lead to run the entire growth-and-close machine: brand trust, demand generation, and closers — with ruthless weekly scoreboards.
This is a revenue leadership role.
Primary Outcomes (Non-Negotiable)
- Close R150,000 GP MRR per quarter (R600,000 GP MRR/year run-rate)
- Deliver 1 qualified lead per business day into Zoho CRM
- Ship 6–10 social posts per day consistently (Meta + LinkedIn)
- Keep Zoho CRM and scoreboards accurate enough to forecast weekly without guessing
You Will Lead
- Trust Engine Lead
- Pipeline Engine Lead
- New Business Consultants
You coach, measure, enforce standards, and remove bottlenecks.
What You’ll Own
- Weekly Growth & Revenue Meeting (scoreboards only — no vibes)
- Conversion bottleneck removal (lead quality, show rate, proposal-to-close)
- CRM discipline (Zoho is source of truth)
- Tight hand-offs between Trust → Pipeline → Sales
Non-Negotiables
- Proven experience leading growth + sales pipeline (not just marketing)
- Strong conversion math + performance systems thinking
- Ability to coach outbound selling + closing
- Comfort with accountability, dashboards, and standards
- Zoho CRM discipline (or ability to enforce it fast)
