We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong experience in Card Operations to join a dynamic and fast-paced financial services environment. This role is ideal for a professional with deep expertise in credit card issuing and acquiring processes, who thrives on turning data into actionable insights and driving operational excellence.Key Responsibilities
Conduct end-to-end business analysis across credit card issuing and acquisition processes.
Analyse data from CMS, FAS, and TSYS platforms to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, Risk, and Product to design and implement effective business solutions.
Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and actionable insights.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through effective communication, proactive engagement, and issue resolution.
Ensure adherence to industry regulations, compliance standards, and internal governance frameworks.
Leverage in-depth knowledge of credit, debit, ATM, and prepaid card products to drive innovation and continuous improvement across multiple regions.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Strong understanding of the Credit Card domain, including Issuing and Acquiring processes.
Proven experience working with CMS, FAS, and TSYS systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Relevant industry certifications (Business Analysis, Payments, or Card-related certifications) will be advantageous.
