An exciting opportunity is available for a highly organised and detail-oriented National Offsite Stock Administrator (NOSA) to join a professional team in Pretoria. This position is ideal for a professional with experience in stock control, procurement administration, warehouse administration, or inventory management environments. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining governance, compliance, and process integrity within the organisation's stock management function. This role requires an individual who can accurately review, verify, and validate documentation relating to stock requests, invoices, delivery notes, procurement records, and supporting documentation. The National Offsite Stock Administrator will act as a key checkpoint within the business, ensuring that all stock-related transactions comply with company procedures and internal control requirements. Working closely with resorts, procurement teams, stock controllers, finance departments, and suppliers, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying discrepancies, resolving documentation issues, supporting stocktake processes, and ensuring that all records are accurate and auditable. The role demands exceptional attention to detail, strong administrative skills, and the confidence to challenge incorrect submissions when required. Job Requirements & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Review and validate quote requests against stock requirements and available quantities. Verify Oracle IDs, quote requests, delivery notes, invoices, and supporting documents. Identify discrepancies including pricing errors, VAT issues, incorrect items, and missing documentation. Liaise with resorts, procurement, finance teams, stock controllers, and internal stakeholders. Return incomplete submissions with clear corrective action requirements. Support GRV and ROG readiness by ensuring documentation compliance. Maintain accurate records, audit trails, and system notes. Assist with stocktake controls, reporting, and exception management. Escalate repeat non-compliance and unresolved discrepancies. Required Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent document management and administrative skills. Preferred Systems Experience Oracle or similar procurement/finance systems. Vento; Nebula, or related stock/POS systems. GRV; ROG, invoice, delivery note, and quote request processes. Excel; trackers, and reporting tools. Stock control, procurement, warehouse, or inventory administration. Candidate Requirements Previous stock control or procurement administration experience. Experience working with stock records, invoices, orders, and delivery documentation. Strong document-checking and compliance enforcement ability. Hospitality; resort, warehouse, retail, or procurement experience advantageous. Own reliable vehicle. Strict no substance abuse policy. Strong follow-through and accuracy levels.
