Digital Marketing Coordinator | Luxury Hotel | Cape Town Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Coordinator for a luxury hotel based in Cape Town. This is an excellent opportunity for a digitally savvy marketing professional to support a multi-faceted hospitality group, driving brand visibility, guest engagement, and revenue growth across various luxury hospitality offerings. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing digital marketing activities across multiple platforms, working closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent, brand-aligned and performance-driven marketing delivery. Key Responsibilities: Coordinating and assisting in the execution of paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google and Meta Working with senior marketing management and external agencies to brief, implement, and optimise campaigns Managing and updating website content via CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar Uploading offers, events, blogs, and promotional content across digital platforms Ensuring all online listings and digital information remain accurate and up to date Coordinating and scheduling social media content in line with content calendars Assisting with copywriting aligned to brand tone of voice Supporting community engagement and monitoring social media interactions Building; scheduling, and managing email marketing campaigns using CRM and email platforms Maintaining and segmenting CRM databases Assisting with monthly reporting and performance analytics across digital channels Tracking key performance metrics including website traffic, engagement, and campaign results Supporting optimisation recommendations based on data insights Coordinating digital content including photography, video, and design assets Maintaining organised digital asset libraries and ensuring brand consistency Assisting with marketing administration and cross-departmental coordination Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing 2–3 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably within hospitality or luxury brand environments Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, or email marketing/CRM certifications advantageous Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and platforms Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Strong written communication and copywriting skills Analytical mindset with attention to detail Basic design skills (Canva or Adobe advantageous) Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and coordination skills Package: Salary negotiable depending on experience Live-out position Candidates who meet the above requirements and are interested in this opportunity are invited to submit their CV to apply for the role.
