They are seeking a friendly, professional and highly organised Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to guests, owners, and internal teams. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury environment and loves delivering flawless service with a personal touch.
What’s on offer:
Salary: R14,000 – R17,000
Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (plus occasional evenings/weekends for check-ins)
Cape Town Southern Suburbs role – candidates must live locally
Opportunity to work with a professional, dynamic, and luxury-focused team
Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and warmth
Support check-ins and check-outs, including occasional evenings/weekends
Maintain accurate records of bookings, communications, and guest preferences
Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Resolve guest queries or complaints quickly and efficiently
Uphold brand standards and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
Friendly, approachable, and confident dealing with high-end clientele
Ability to work flexible hours for check-ins when required
Must live in Cape Town Southern Suburbs
