Job Summary
An established industrial property management company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the operational performance of a portfolio of industrial and logistics properties across South Africa.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that properties are maintained to a high standard, operational risks are managed effectively, and tenant service delivery aligns with company and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of an industrial property portfolio, including warehouses and industrial parks
Oversee facilities, maintenance, and service providers, ensuring SLA compliance
Implement planned and preventative maintenance programmes
Manage operational budgets, including OPEX and CAPEX forecasting and cost control
Ensure compliance with OHSA, building regulations, and company policies
Conduct regular site inspections and manage remedial actions
Handle tenant operational queries and maintain strong tenant relationships
Prepare operational reports and track KPIs for management and clients
