Job Description & Requirements Supervise restaurant service across assigned shifts and ensure smooth daily operations. Lead pre-service briefings, allocate duties and support team members throughout each shift. Welcome guests, respond professionally to requests and help resolve service concerns promptly. Monitor table settings, presentation, cleanliness and overall readiness of guest areas. Coordinate with kitchen and lodge teams to support accurate, timely food and beverage service. Assist with stock control, service equipment checks and the responsible use of supplies. Maintain lodge procedures, hygiene practices and consistent standards of guest care. Provide practical coaching that strengthens teamwork, confidence and service delivery. · Previous restaurant supervisory experience within hospitality, preferably in a lodge, hotel or luxury environment. Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-focused mindset. Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards and basic stock-control processes. Ability to remain organised, calm and solutions-focused during busy services. Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays according to operational requirements. Professional appearance, reliable work ethic and excellent attention to detail. Ability to live on site in Ceres and start as soon as possible. Package: · Salary: R15 000 per month, depending on experience; · live-in Start Date: ASAP
