Property Manager (Full-Time, Remote, South Africa based)
We're seeking an experienced, organised Property Manager to join our team full-time and remotely from South Africa. In this role you'll support the day-to-day operations of an Australian property management portfolio, acting as the key point of contact for tenants and owners and helping properties run smoothly from a distance. This is a fully remote, full-time position, ideal for a property professional who is proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working across time zones with an overseas team.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking and coordinating maintenance appointments
- Liaising with tenants on day-to-day queries and issues
- Reconciling accounts accurately and on time
- Conducting reference checks on prospective tenants
- Handling financial tasks including rent collection
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners and tenants
