What You'll Do:

• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the store team to meet and exceed sales and operational goals.

• Manage daily store operations to guarantee efficiency and effectiveness.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by professionally addressing queries and resolving complaints.

• Drive sales growth through strategic planning, promotional activities, and achieving business targets.

• Oversee stock management, including inventory control, merchandising, replenishment, and loss prevention.

• Ensure full compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and operational procedures.

• Monitor store performance, analyze KPIs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintain a clean, organised, safe, and visually appealing store environment.

• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, performance, and productivity.

• Prepare operational and sales reports for senior management.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of management experience within a retail environment.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication, planning, and organisational abilities.

• Proficiency in management software and MS Office, with knowledge of RPE and C being advantageous.

• A customer-focused approach with a track record of delivering high service standards.

• Ability to analyse performance data and implement improvement strategies.
