Our client, an established organization committed to operational excellence and safety, is seeking a dedicated Sales and Stockroom Controller to join their on-site team. Duties:
Collaborate with the Branch Supervisor to achieve sales targets and manage daily operational needs
Address sales-related queries within the standard operating procedures
Escalate complaints from sales representatives to the Line Manager
Replenish stock consistently and ensure dispatch only upon valid HOLB invoice with customer sign-off
Verify and sign off trip sheets, waybills, and courier documentation in line with company policy
Dispatch courier deliveries within 24 hours and clear Goods In Transit reports within 48 hours
Conduct daily high-risk stock counts, report variances, and participate in bi-annual stock takes
Maintain stock loss figures within acceptable thresholds
Ensure accurate stock receiving and perform daily merchandising and housekeeping duties
Scan Proof of Deliveries daily and process General Returns Credits and customer returns accurately
Comply fully with OHASA regulations and uphold safety standards at all times
Requirements:
1 to 3 years of experience in stock control, inventory, and customer service within a retail or FMCG environment
Strong skills in backstock management, inventory control, and internal sales
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work effectively in a high-paced, safety-conscious environment
