Requirements
- Matric or relevant qualification.
- Prior Dealer Principal and Commercial experience.
- 2–3 years’ experience in similar role advantageous.
- Code 8 license.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Management and leader skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
- Ability to lead a sales team.
Responsibilities
- Manage organizational sales through business planning covering sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Meet planned sales goals and set individual sales targets.
- Track sales performance and report results.
- Oversee and manage the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinate with marketing on lead generation initiatives.
- Conduct ongoing training, motivation, counselling, and product knowledge development of the sales team.
- Promote the organization and products.
- Understand ideal customers and align sales approach accordingly.
- Contribute to overall team results and perform additional lawful duties as required.
