The successful candidate will lead the full kitchen operation while creating memorable guest dining experiences, maintaining exceptional culinary standards, and inspiring a professional kitchen brigade within a luxury lodge environment. Requirements: ✔ Formal culinary qualification essential ✔ Graduates from ICA, Prue Leith, or similar culinary institutions highly preferred ✔ Previous experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef within luxury hospitality ✔ Strong fine dining experience essential ✔ Proven leadership and kitchen management abilities ✔ Excellent organisational and communication skills ✔ Passion for culinary excellence and luxury guest experiences ✔ Ability to work effectively under pressure within a remote lodge environment Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the full kitchen operation • Design and deliver exceptional fine dining menus and guest experiences • Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen brigade • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency • Manage stock control, ordering, food costings, and kitchen administration • Ensure strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards • Cater to guest dietary requirements and personalised requests • Work closely with lodge management to uphold luxury hospitality standards Ideal Candidate: • Dedicated, disciplined, and highly professional • Passionate about fine dining and luxury hospitality • Strong leadership presence with excellent mentoring ability • Creative, detail-oriented, and guest-focused • Committed to delivering unforgettable culinary experiences Please note that only suitable candidates will be contacted.
