Job Summary
Duties:
Craft espresso-based drinks, pour-over coffees, and teas while steaming and texturing milk to exact specifications.
Greet guests warmly, educate them on menu items (origin, roasts, and dietary options), and make tailored recommendations.
Clean, sanitize, and troubleshoot espresso machines, grinders, and blenders.
Process transactions via POS systems, handle cash, restock supplies, and monitor inventory levels.
Strictly adhere to hygiene, food safety, and sanitation regulations.
Requirements:
Grade 12
A formal qualification will be an advantage
At least 1 – 2 years relevant experience
Proficiency in coffee extraction, calibrating grinders, and latte art
A welcoming, engaging personality with the ability to multitask and remain calm during peak hours.
Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift supplies
