Job Title: Sales Executive – Catering Division
Reports to: Managing Director
Location: Sandton, On-site
Salary: Negotiable (depending on experience)
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years successful sales experience in a solutions-based environment
- Experience within the canteen catering industry
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
- Neat and well presented
- Self-starter and hungry for success
General Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Maintain strong and professional client relationships
- Research industry trends, competitors, and market activities
- Recommend service and profit improvements
- Prepare, analyze, and summarize reports
- Maintain professional knowledge through training and networking
- Ensure confidentiality of company information at all times
Pipeline
- Build and maintain a qualified and traceable sales pipeline
- Update pipeline monthly and submit two days prior to KPI meetings
- Apply a systematic approach to targeting by geography or market segment
- Conduct telephonic cold calling according to schedule
- Maintain accurate activity and appointment reports
