Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Parts Warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and dispatch of parts.
Oversee inbound logistics processes, including receiving, checking, and capturing of stock.
Manage outbound logistics, ensuring accurate and timely dispatch of parts to internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain accurate stock control and inventory records.
Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved.
Coordinate and manage company drivers and deliveries.
Ensure optimal parts availability to support operational and service requirements.
Monitor and control logistics and stock-related costs.
Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, safety standards, and company policies.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
Support continuous improvement of warehouse and logistics processes.
