We are currently recruiting experienced Store Assistant Manager / Retail Managers to join a leading national retail group within the health and wellness sector.
This role is suited to hands-on leaders with strong operational experience and the ability to drive store performance, manage teams, and maintain high customer service standards.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years’ retail management experience (FMCG / supermarket environment preferred)
Proven experience in store operations, stock control, merchandising, and team leadership
Strong understanding of customer service and sales performance
Experience with admin processes, reporting, and retail systems
Computer literate (MS Office)
Valid driver’s license (essential)
Own reliable transport (advantageous depending on role level)
Key Responsibilities:
Support overall store operations and performance
Manage and lead teams to ensure operational excellence
Oversee stock control, replenishment, and shrinkage
Maintain merchandising and promotional standards
Ensure high levels of customer service
Assist with staff scheduling, performance, and daily admin
