What You'll Do:

• Take ownership of assigned projects, managing them end-to-end from initiation through to delivery and post-implementation review

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria

• Coordinate multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously, tracking progress against scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards

• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, status reports, RAID logs, and dashboards

• Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status and health

• Work within an Agile/Scrum environment, supporting iterative delivery processes

• Facilitate activities such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams

• Translate business requirements into actionable project deliverables

• Manage backlogs, priorities, dependencies, and delivery milestones

• Promote continuous improvement and Agile practices

• Coordinate testing and deployment activities, including UAT and QA

• Ensure change management processes are followed and lessons learned are documented

Requirements:

• 3-5 years' project management experience within technology, software, digital, or product environments

• Proven track record managing end-to-end technology projects

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum settings

• Ability to work effectively with software development teams

• Skilled in managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders

• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, project planning, and management methodologies
