WE’RE HIRING: ACCOUNT MANAGER – MSP
Are you an experienced IT Account Manager with a proven track record of building strong client relationships and growing revenue?
We’re looking for a proactive, commercially driven Account Manager to join our Quality Control Division.
Your focus will be to:
Build and grow long-term client relationships
Deliver an exceptional customer experience
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Partner with technical teams to deliver expert support
Drive client growth, retention and recurring revenue
Manage contracts, renewals and client records
Promote new products, services and technology solutions
What we’re looking for: ✅ 7+ years’ current IT Account Management experience ✅ Proven performance and revenue growth track record ✅ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills ✅ Strong Excel, numerical and analytical skills ✅ Ability to work under pressure with speed and accuracy ✅ Proactive, solutions-focused and willing to go the extra mile
