? *REVENUE MANAGER | LUXURY CONSERVATION GROUP | JOHANNESBURG (MELROSE ARCH)* Kendrick Recruitment is looking for an experienced Revenue Manager for a prestigious conservation-driven luxury hospitality group based in Melrose Arch, Johannesburg. ? Reporting to: General Manager ROLE PURPOSE The Revenue Manager will take full ownership of pricing, forecasting, inventory, and channel strategy to maximise total revenue and profitability across multiple camps and guest experiences. The role is responsible for protecting ADR, brand positioning, demand strategy, and distribution mix while converting commercial insight into actionable revenue performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and implement seasonal pricing strategies (BAR/LRA, fences, LOS controls, minimum stays, packages) • Conduct displacement analysis for buyouts and high-value experiences • Build 18-month demand forecasts by market, segment, and channel • Manage inventory, restrictions, stop-sells, and peak period optimisation • Lead and mentor the Reservations Team to drive service excellence and conversion • Oversee channel mix strategy across direct, DMC/wholesale, consortia, GDS, OTA • Ensure rate parity and evaluate campaign ROI • Maintain PMS/CRS/RMS accuracy and data integrity • Lead weekly revenue meetings and monthly performance reporting • Monitor market trends, competitor sets, air access, FX, and macroeconomic factors REQUIREMENTS • BCom Finance / Informatics / Analytics or related qualification - essential • 5+ years’ Revenue Management experience in luxury hospitality or hotel environments - essential • Strong expertise in pricing, forecasting, and inventory control in high-ADR environments • Advanced Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) • Experience with PMS/CRS/RMS systems (Opera, Protel, SynXis, TravelClick, IDeaS, Duetto, SiteMinder) • Strong commercial acumen, analytical ability, and stakeholder management skills WHAT IS OFFERED • Purpose-driven conservation and sustainability-focused environment • Exposure to a world-class luxury hospitality portfolio • Competitive executive-level remuneration package • Opportunity to influence high-level revenue strategy within an iconic conservation brand Only candidates with relevant luxury hospitality revenue management experience will be considered.
