What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage IT projects from start to finish to ensure they stay on time.
• Talk to clients regularly to explain tasks, expectations, and timelines.
• Keep accurate project records, dashboards, and admin documents.
• Track progress using specific tools and ensure tasks are finished.
• Report on project milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Organize meetings, set agendas, and handle follow-up actions.
• Support multiple projects at the same time in a structured way.

Experience & Qualifications

• You must have a Matric certificate; a diploma in Project Management is a plus.
• You have 2–4 years of experience in IT project administration.
• You are skilled in the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project.
• You understand project methods like Agile and Waterfall.
• You have strong communication skills to speak confidently with clients.
• You are good at spotting problems early and solving them.
