Job Summary
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
- Valid driver’s license
- 3 + years’ experience in new vehicle sales
Main Responsibilities:
- Actively sell new vehicles to prospective customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer data
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive overall dealership performance
- Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process
