Our client is looking for a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Pest Control Officer to join our team in East London. If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service and maintaining safe, pest-free environments, we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect residential, commercial, and industrial properties for pest infestations.
Identify pests and determine appropriate treatment methods.
Apply pest control treatments safely and in accordance with industry standards.
Provide customers with advice on pest prevention and control.
Complete service reports and maintain accurate records.
Ensure all equipment and chemicals are handled, stored, and transported safely.
Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric).
Valid driver's licence.
Previous experience in pest control is advantageous.
Registered Pest Control Operator (PCO) or willingness to obtain registration is an advantage.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit and comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
