Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Data Analyst to analyse data, optimise business processes, and develop accurate reports and dashboards.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Act as the company's SYSPRO Subject Matter Expert and first point of contact for system-related queries
Analyse, improve, and optimise business processes within SYSPRO
Support and train end-users across all departments
Maintain master data integrity, including inventory, suppliers, customers, BOMs, and product information
Investigate and resolve system issues and process inefficiencies
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and business intelligence tools
Liaise with external SYSPRO service providers and IT teams regarding enhancements and system upgrades
Assist with month-end and year-end processes
Support inventory control, procurement, production planning, warehousing, and financial processes
Identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy
Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training material
Lead system improvement projects and support future ERP developments
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements
Relevant qualification in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years hands-on SYSPRO experience within a manufacturing or FMCG environment
Strong understanding of:
Inventory Management
Procurement
Production & Work in Progress (WIP)
Bill of Materials (BOMs)
Sales & Distribution
Financial Modules
Experience generating reports and analysing operational data
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to train users and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with SQL reporting and business intelligence tools will be advantageous
