Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Evaluate and optimise existing business processes across property management, finance, billing, and leasing functions.
• Identify system gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities to enhance workflow and data accuracy.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring system capabilities meet operational needs.
• Lead the implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment of property management and financial systems.
• Support and optimise current systems such as procurement, accounting, and reporting tools.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and minimise manual processes.
• Maintain data integrity across all systems, including tenant, lease, financial, and asset data.
• Develop reports and dashboards to provide management with insights on arrears, NOI, cash flow, and budgets.
• Support month-end and year-end processes with accurate data and reporting.
• Facilitate system integrations for consolidated reporting across the property fund.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring responsive support and effective issue resolution.
• Provide system training and support to internal users, translating technical details into accessible language.
• Lead the internal IT team to align support services with business priorities.
• Manage relationships with system vendors and service providers.
• Ensure all systems are compliant with company policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system processes, changes, and configurations.
• Oversee or participate in system upgrade, migration, and integration projects, monitoring timelines and risks.
• Support digital transformation initiatives within the organisation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3 to 8 years of experience in systems analysis, implementation, or support within property or financial management environments.
• Proven experience with property management systems.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, system administration, and user support principles.
• Analytical mindset with excellent stakeholder management and project management skills.
• Ability to lead multi-faceted projects and drive continuous improvement.

Familiarity with the following:

• IT systems configuration and deployment.
• Financial and property management software.
• Data analysis and reporting tools.

What We'll Give You:
