The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering personalised guest service, anticipating guest needs and ensuring an exceptional hospitality experience throughout each guest's stay.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalised and attentive service to hotel guests.

Anticipate guest needs and ensure all requests are handled efficiently.

Assist with guest arrivals, departures and room preparations.

Maintain exceptional presentation and cleanliness standards.

Coordinate special guest requests and personalised experiences.

Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times.
Requirements:

Previous Butler experience within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.

Well-presented, professional and guest-focused.

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Flexible and willing to go the extra mile for guests.
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.
