Job Summary
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Director of Revenue for a prestigious 5-star hotel in Cape Town, Western Cape.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue strategies to maximise profitability, optimise room rates and drive overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximise hotel profitability.

Analyse market trends, competitor pricing and demand forecasts to identify revenue opportunities.

Oversee pricing strategies, inventory management and distribution channels.

Monitor occupancy levels, average daily rates (ADR) and revenue performance.

Work closely with the Sales, Marketing and Reservations teams to drive business growth.

Prepare revenue reports, forecasts and performance analyses.

Lead and support the revenue management team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a senior revenue management role within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.

Strong knowledge of revenue management systems, distribution channels and pricing strategies.

Excellent analytical, forecasting and financial management skills.

Strong leadership, communication and strategic planning abilities.

A results-driven approach with the ability to identify and maximise revenue opportunities.
