Pepperclub Hotel is looking for a passionate and professional Spa Therapist to join our team.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences and delivering exceptional treatments in a luxury spa environment. The ideal candidate is warm, professional, guest-focused and confident in providing personalised treatments and product recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of professional spa treatments, including massages, facials and body therapies

• Create a welcoming, relaxing and personalised experience for every guest

• Conduct guest consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and products

• Promote and sell spa retail products

• Maintain treatment rooms and spa areas to the highest hygiene and presentation standards

• Assist with spa bookings, reception duties and treatment postings

• Assist with stock takes and general spa administration

• Work closely with the Spa team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and guest service at all times

Requirements

• National Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a luxury spa environment

• Proficient in a wide range of spa treatments

• Strong knowledge of skincare, beauty products and treatment protocols

• Previous retail or product sales experience

• Basic administrative skills and experience working with booking systems

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Professional, well-presented and guest-focused

• Able to work well as part of a team

• Flexible and able to work according to operational requirements
