Where You'll Make an Impact:

Assist the sales team with processing orders, quotes, and invoices to ensure smooth sales operations.
Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation, contracts, and agreements.
Support customer relationship management by handling inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues efficiently.
Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to monitor inventory levels and coordinate deliveries.
Maintain and update sales records, databases, and filing systems to support operational excellence.

Duties:

Process orders, quotations, and invoices efficiently.
Manage customer accounts and ensure data accuracy.
Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt support.
Work with internal teams to facilitate seamless order fulfillment.
Monitor inventory levels in collaboration with warehouse staff.
Perform general administrative tasks related to sales support.

Requirements:

Matric qualification is essential.
At least 5 years of experience in sales administration, support, or controlling roles.
Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
Experience with CRM software is advantageous.
