Office Administrator Kensington Cape Town
Our Client a manufacturing client in Kensington Cape Town is looking for an Office Administrator with Admin, basic creditors & debtors) experience. You must be able to work on PASTEL for the loading and allocation of payment.
Salary up to R 12000 CTC which includes Provident into the CTC – Starting date 1st Nov or 1st December
Min Requirements
- Matric certificate
- Off Admin Certificate an added benefits
- 3 years plus Office Administration and reception experience is essential
- Basic Pastel and Excel experience needed
- 2-3 years of basic Debtors and Creditors experience (processing and monitoring) – PASTEL
- Debtors – Emailing clients for late payments
- Excellent communication and email response needed
- Experience in Excel like quotes, spreadsheets, recons etc..
- Attention to detail
Min Job Requirements
Administrator:
- General office admin, filling recordkeeping, data capturing, and ad hoc duties
- Receptionist duties – be based at the Reception area
- Taking down detailed messages
- Attend to walk-in clients – make coffee, tea, or offer refreshments
- Ensuring that the reception area is always neat and tidy
- Checking staff timesheets & adding projects to the keeping program – PASTEL & Excel Spreadsheets etc
- Attending to Debtors and Creditors – basic pastel processing and emailing of clients and suppliers
- Loading of invoices/creditors/suppliers on PASTEL
- Debtors – Emailing clients for late payments (Assist with the collection process)
- Communicating to the Office Manager with regards to late or outstanding debtors/payments.
- Ordering of Office supplies
