Assume responsibility for effective operations management of property and related facilities
Manage repairs, revamps, and refurbishments including reporting
Conduct inspections, handovers, and walkabouts
Ensure OHS site compliance
Manage all areas of residence and student affairs
Engage students on needs and evaluations
Manage student intake and vacate processes
Maintain asset register and manage maintenance contractors
Manage site operations, risk, and pest control
Prepare and motivate monthly reports for clients
