Mid-Senior Graphic Designer – Luxury Safari Brand – Cape Town Synopsis: Our client, a leading luxury safari and conservation-focused hospitality group operating across East Africa, is seeking a highly creative and strategically minded Mid-Senior Graphic Designer / Art Director to join their Cape Town team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced design professional to help shape a globally recognised luxury travel brand across both digital and physical touchpoints. Description: The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the visual identity and creative direction of the brand across B2B marketing, packaging systems, trade marketing, events, and operational design assets. This role combines conceptual creative thinking with hands-on execution and production management, requiring someone who can balance premium aesthetics with commercial impact and operational practicality. Responsibilities include designing high-level marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, campaigns, packaging systems, and production-ready artwork while ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with commercial, procurement, operations, and leadership teams while also managing supplier relationships, print production, and quality control processes. The role also involves mentoring junior designers, maintaining scalable brand systems, and contributing to the ongoing evolution of a world-class luxury hospitality brand deeply rooted in conservation and sustainability. Requirements: 5–8+ years’ professional design experience Strong portfolio showcasing branding, B2B marketing, and packaging design High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and InDesign essential) Figma experience advantageous Experience preparing production-ready artwork and working with suppliers/printers Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively Hospitality; tourism, luxury, or lifestyle brand experience advantageous
