Overview: UK-based workforce solutions company seeks an experienced B2B Sales Agent to drive new business across payroll and compliance services. This is an on-site role in Cape Town, operating UK hours (10:00–18:00 / 11:00–19:00 SA).
Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound B2B sales calls and manage client acquisition • Build relationships with new and existing clients across the UK, USA, and Australia • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets • Host Teams product demos and manage the CRM (HubSpot) pipeline • Collaborate with leadership on business development initiatives
Requirements: • Minimum 3 years’ B2B or outbound telesales experience • Strong closing and negotiation skills • Excellent spoken and written English • Confident using CRMs (HubSpot preferred) and MS Office • Experience selling to international markets advantageous
